01Who is responsible

02What this website collects

The website is a set of information pages with one booking form. It has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Fonts, images and scripts are served from the website itself, not from third-party services such as Google Fonts.

Like any website, the server that hosts it may automatically record standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in its logs. Such logs are kept to operate and protect the website.

03When you contact us

You decide how to get in touch: by phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram, or in person at the clinic. What you send us, for example your name, phone number and the reason for your visit, is used to answer you and to arrange your appointment.

The booking form asks for your name and phone number and, if you wish, the treatment you are interested in, a preferred date and time, how we should contact you and a short comment. By ticking the consent box you agree that we use these details to contact you and arrange your visit.

When you press Send request, the form saves your request (the details you entered) on the clinic's website server, where only the clinic's staff can see it, so that the team can contact you. The form also opens WhatsApp with the same request typed as a message; it reaches the clinic through WhatsApp only when you press send there. The WhatsApp buttons on this website work the same way, with a short message already typed.

WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by Meta, and email by your email provider. Messages sent through these services are also handled under their own privacy policies.

04Maps and links to other services

The Home and Contacts pages show an embedded map from OpenStreetMap. It loads only when you scroll close to it; your browser then connects to openstreetmap.org, which handles that request under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Links to 2GIS, Google Maps, Yandex Maps, Instagram and review pages open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

05Patient photos and reviews

Before-and-after photos on this website are published with the written consent of the patients shown.

Patient reviews are quoted from public pages on 2GIS and Yandex Maps, shortened where needed and translated from Russian. Authors are shown by first name and initial.

06Your information at the clinic

Personal and medical information you give us at the clinic is used to provide your care and is kept confidential. Booking requests sent through the website are stored on the website's server, are visible only to the clinic's staff and are used only to answer you and arrange your visit.

07Your questions and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your messages and visits, and ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows. Write to pbsspb2013@gmail.com or call +7 700 204 88 88, and we will reply.

08Changes to this notice

If the website changes, for example if analytics is added, we will update this notice and the date below.
